Ronald H. Banco,
Architect, President & Founder


He is a native Californian who studied Architecture at the University of Southern California, and Architectural Illustration at The Art Center School of Los Angeles. He has designed or managed the construction of many of the buildings you may see here in the Southland.


  • Twenty years of private practice specializing in the design and construction of private waterfront homes and hillside estates.
  • Project Architect of the four-hundred and fifty room Four Season’s Aviara Hotel in Carlsbad and the Four Season’s Hotel in Mexico City.
  • Project Architect of the Edwards Theater Addition in Newport Beach.
  • Project Architect of the Krikorian Multi-screen Theater Complexes in Downey and Redlands.
  • Director of Design for the Retrofitting of five schools for the Santa Monica School District.
  • Project Architect for the remodel of the Marina Tower in Newport Beach.
  • Forensic Architect for eight years including damage assessment of the Northridge Earthquake.

Kimberly Banco, C.P.A., M.B.A. has over 25 years of experience, including 4 years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and subsequently running the corporate accounting and finance department of a $100 million international firm. She is now in a position to use her experience to help homeowner associations find the best financial solution for their homeowners.
